Located amongst the shophouses is MWC. It is a centre that migrant workers can go to for assistance. Air conditioned, migrants are made to feel welcome. There are also brochures in various languages detailing the services they offer.
Good place and cheap food
Play ground available but must booked early. Beer garden no more. Canteen facility very lousy, feel very hot and smelly, always disturbed by pigeon. Toilet sometime locked. Washing basin not clear and not always got soap. Bangla stall named "Lamia" don't follow hygiene procedures, their kitchen very dirty, salesmen are rude and not trained. NEA inspection may required to this canteen especially for Bangla food stall named "LAMIA". OK la.

Tennis court, futsal court and placeses to do exercise.
Good place, some of the food courts have good food. Very cheap, but neatness needs to be maintained at some food stalls here.
